Cooking Classes

For those interested in learning more about our culinary and cultural influences, our chefs teach a broad range of cooking classes year-round, introducing Cambodian, French, Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten-Free and Fusion cuisines. Classes are taught in both our Boston and Cambridge restaurants.
Corporate team-building, anniversaries, and birthday parties are a great excuse to enjoy a cooking class with our Executive Chefs.
Founding Chef, Longteine de Monteiro also teaches classes that begin with an excursion into local Asian markets to procure the essential ingredients for nutritious Cambodian cuisine. Longteine's culinary focus tends to be on traditional Cambodian cuisine while Nadsa teaches French and fusion cooking techniques, as well as traditional and original Cambodian dishes. Gerard Lopez primarily teaches French cuisine, and sometimes Spanish or fusion classes. Born in the Languedoc-Roussillon region of southern France, Gerard also leads culinary travel trips to Europe. These participatory cooking classes are scheduled on Saturdays or on weekday evenings for the corporate team-building classes, and other special events like birthdays, bridal showers, anniversaries,etc...
Our cooking classes last approximately three hours. A sumptuous lunch or dinner of the dishes prepared by the class are enjoyed by all.

Longteine's and Nadsa's classes begin at 10:30 a.m Saturdays.
Gérard's classes start at 10:00 am on Saturdays.
