Our new Complimentary Certificates;

We have redesigned our Complimentary Certificates as well; they have the same functionality as our new Gift Certificates with the perforation to make carrying them in your wallet or purse easy.

Complimentary Certificate

These are the certificates we give out to local charities, so you should be seeing them for auction at your favorite charities in the coming months.

Our complimentary gift certificates can be redeemed at any of our three locations and have a three year expiration date.  These are complimentary certificates, given away to an individual or organization.  The company does not receive any monetary compensation; therefore it is not covered under the Massachusetts laws concerning gift certificates.  The certificate can be used for food and non alcoholic beverage only and cannot be used towards gratuities.  The Elephant Walk does give thousands of dollars in complimentary certificates a year away to charities and therefore we need to put an expiration date on our complimentary certificates.   If we did not the liability out there would be so vast we would be forced to stop issuing complimentary certificates to charities.

Old Gift Cards

What about my old Gift Cards?
We are still honoring the old blue gift cards at all three restaurants, but we are not issuing them any longer.

Old Complimentary Cards

And you’re old Complimentary Cards?
If you have one of our orange complimentary cards once they expire we will no longer honor them.  So, check the front of your complimentary cards and make sure to come in and have dinner or lunch before they expire.

Sun Setting Rewards Card
What about my Rewards Card?

We are sun-setting the
Rewards Program starting in February.  It was a program that we thought customers would love to participate in, but a very small minority (less than 10%) of customers joined the Rewards Program so we have decided to phase this program out.   We will no longer add Elephant Points to your Rewards Cards, but you have plenty of time to log onto our web site and Reward yourself with the points you have already added to your card.  Eventually we will be phasing the program out completely, and when we do we will make an announcement and find a satisfactory way to redeem your remaining points.
