You can register online for our Saturday Cooking Classes! (They make excellent gifts!) Taught by The Elephant Walk's mother-and-daughter Chefs Longteine (known as "Nyep" her nickname since childhood) and Nadsa de Monteiro, and Nyep's son-in-law, Chef Gerard Lopez, these classes feature online registration  if the class has been formally scheduled and space is still available. - Nyep teaches traditional Cambodian cuisine primarily, occasionally including an original Cambodian dish of her own; Nadsa teaches traditional and original Cambodian cuisine too but also teaches French techniques and ingredients. Gerard teaches mainly French cuisine, branching out occasionally to Spain!

Standard Shipping is included in the price of Gift Cards (but no longer for cookbooks, as had been the case when we had hard cover copies available). USPS Flat Rate Envelope pricing for shipping domestically and internationally is also available for both Gift Cards and Cookbooks. Federal Express Standard Overnight is $25 within the United States. (OVERNIGHT SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE ONLY FOR ORDERS PROCESSED TUESDAY-THURSDAY)

Cookbooks are shipped the next Wednesday or Friday following the day the order was placed, unless FedEx shipping was elected.

We pledge to ship your order within three business days of your purchase; most orders are shipped within 1 day of purchase.
