Longteine "Nyep" De Monteiro is The Elephant Walk's founding chef and author of The Elephant Walk Cookbook. Her younger daughter, Nadsa de Monteiro is The Elephant Walk's Executive Chef, responsible for menus and culinary training at all our restaurants. You'll find Nadsa most often at The Elephant Walk in Boston. Gérard Lopez, Nyep's elder daughter's husband, is Chef at The Elephant Walk in Cambridge.
